Facilitator’s Profile


Sarath is a Ph.D in management from Osmania University. He has 18 years of experience in producing powerful learning opportunities for various courses in business studies and corporate training. He is also an adjunct faculty in many business schools. He specializes in career counseling and sales training.


Noor is a Established Brain based certified coach and an innovative human resource trainer with niche areas of expertise & contributions. In-depth experience in performance coaching, behavioral Skills, Campus to Corporate, Employability Skills, Sales Skills training and Personality Enrichment training to various professional institutions, NGO’s & corporate sectors. Passion, humor and audience involvement are key elements of his workshops.


Soumen is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee and XLRI. He brings a comprehensive understanding of various industries such as petroleum, aluminium, FMCG, banking and financial services. Soumen works in the field of employability skills and his passion to help young students do well in their careers got him to take the plunge. He has a total work experience of over 16 years.


Jaffar has around 15 years of experience. He has a Certification in Change Management from Institute for Advanced Leadership, US; CHDM and CHDP Certifications from STI Knowledge, US and Certified Facilitator & Communication Trainer from MindGuild, US. He carries a rich experience of conceptualizing & building content, and training programs. He specializes in Communication Skills, Experiential Learning, Sales Training, Coaching & Counseling. He was a Training Specialist as a part of the initial team at American Express Global Service Centre and also piloted the Commercial Finance business at GENPACT.


Sandhya carries an enriching 12 years of experience in Learning & Development sphere as a Corporate Trainer, with exposure to TNA, Content development and Learning effectiveness evaluation. She has handled a vast gamut of training assignments in BFSI and BPO sectors, specializing in Behavioural, People Management, Effective Corporate Communication and Leadership workshops. She has worked with ICICI Bank and Yes Bank. Her last corporate role was as AVP at Yes Bank (West & South India).


Sabyasachi is a post-graduate in Economics from JNU, Delhi and MBA in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Has around 12 years of work experience and has designed and implemented a number of initiatives in various HR domains, enabling organizational growth. He is a certified Coach, certified MBTI practitioner, certified Talent Analyst and certified Assessor in CII-Exim Bank Business Excellence Model and HR Excellence Model. He has conducted sessions in various Best Practice Sharing seminars organized by CII. He has also been part of three National award-winning HR teams


Vaibhav is an alumnus of IMNU (PGDM ‘02) and IE Business School (IMBA ‘12) and has 15 years’ experience with DBS, ICICI Prudential, Deutsche Bank, etc. He brings a rich combination of industry and academia with contemporary insights. He has been on various interview panels for campus recruitments.


Sheriff is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been into Project Management and PMP examination training for the past ten years. He has around thirty years of Government and Corporate IT experience and served various government and private sector organizations. He has focused skills in the areas of Project Management, Process Improvement and Quality.
