Lakshmi possesses rich professional experience in the education industry across diverse verticals like Management, Mass Communication, Visual Communication Fashion Technology, Architecture, etc. in both Indian and International Programs. Lakshmi is currently the Director –Student Services at Ambitions. She has worked with companies like IDEA Interior Design academy ,WLCI , Roots Business School & Carlton Business School in her career spanning 18 years. Lakshmi is focused, result oriented along with exceptional competence in establishing Customer Relationship Building.
She encourages and assists students in achieving their career ambitions through her persuasive communication skills. Her counseling has left a great impact in the careers of many students who are doing well in their careers.

Soumen Chatterjee is an MBA from XLRI and a Chemical Engineer from IIT-Roorkee. He is passionate about helping students & young professionals do well in their careers. Before he found his life's calling in training, facilitation, coaching & mentoring, he worked for about 12 years across FMCG, Retail Banking & Financial Services. His last role was as Vice President & Business Head (AP) at Macquarie Private Wealth. He is the Director for Kompass Academy (An associate company of Ambitions)

He is an avid traveler and car enthusiast .He has an overall experience of about 15 years and has worked in varied industries like Construction, Projects, Automobile,Education Mangement ,etc. Some of the notable companies he has worked with are : CII( Confederation of Indian Industry) as a Project Manager & Maruthi Suzuki as a Sales Manager . Gopisetti Naga Ramesh is the General Manager-Operations at Ambitions. Ramesh is a management graduate and has got rich experience in Sales & Marketing, Recruitment and Operations. He has about 6+ years of experience and worked with Open Logix & Select Engineering in important positions before he joined Ambitions. Mr. Venkat K. is an MBA (HR & Marketing) from Allahabad University, having 10 years of experience in Education Space and expert in handling all verticals like Engineering, Management, and Medical for both Graduate and Post Graduate Courses.
